1. Introduction
We’re developing an AI-powered content recommendation platform. We're looking for a backend developer to help improve our recommendation system and enhance data visualization features.

2. Current Status
The first version of our recommendation algorithm is complete. Now, we need to improve the backend system and build an admin dashboard for analytics.

3. Timeline
(1) Total project duration: Around 3 months (negotiable)
(2) Start date: Mid-May
(3) Interview & contract: We’ll start interviews as soon as we find a good match and decide on a contract within a week.

4. Job Description
(1) Maintain and improve our recommendation API server
(2) Collect and analyze user activity data
(3) Build an admin dashboard for data visualization
(4) Monitor system performance and ensure stability

5. Required Skills
Git| Python (Flask or FastAPI)

6. Preferred Skills
(1) Experience with PostgreSQL or MongoDB
